Tubal clips are a common form of tubal ligation. After the tubes have been clipped pregnancy will not happen unless you experience an uncommon tubal ligation failure. Tubal clips only fail about 1% of the time and if pregnancy occurs the pregnancy may be in the tube.

After tubal clips are reversed the chance of pregnancy after reversal is 75%. Women who undergo in-vitro fertilization (IVF) have a 35% chance of pregnancy for each cycle of in-vitro attempted.
