View Larger Image »Thank you to Dr. Charles Monteith and the staff of A Personal Choice for making our dream come true. Fourteen years ago I had an ectopic pregnancy that left me with only one tube. Thirteen years ago I had a tubal ligation, which I was unsure about wanting, and left me devastated in years to come that I no longer had the option of adding to my family.
I will be forever grateful to Chapel Hill and mostly to Dr. Monteith for restoring that option and making my life full and complete once again. My family received the greatest gift at 7:53am on May 25th, 2012 in our new daughter Eleighana Cali Shirlene. The moment of birth was the most happy time in my life… our MIRACLE baby was born and healthy, what more could a mommy ask for? Without Chapel Hill and the wonderful staff and Dr. Monteith I would not be experiencing the truest and greatest love of all, the love that lies within my child.
