I never thought I would want more children but after my children were older and I was married the second time, my husband and I wanted a baby. I had my tubes tied after my third child back in 1994. After doing lots of research we decided to use Dr. Berger at Chapel Hill.
I had the tubal reversal surgery in November of 2007. The journey was difficult because we found out that one of my tubes became blocked again after the surgery which reduced the chance of a viable pregnancy. We did not give up hope and in September of 2008 we found out we were expecting.
On May 26, 2009 our little miracle, Josiah David was born. He is a healthy and very happy baby. A special thank-you to Dr. Berger and all of the staff at A Personal Choice who did such a great job and took such awesome care of us during our time at Chapel Hill.
