Dear Dr. Berger and Staff,

I am writing to thank everyone at A Personal Choice for my little miracle baby. On April 7, 2006 I had my reversal and despite two miscarriages and only one tube staying open, on January 24, 2008 I had my little boy. His name is Jesus Armando. He weighed 6 lbs. 13 oz. and was 21 inches long.

He is truly a miracle baby. After having my tubes tied for 12 years. I wasn’t even sure it would work. I just wanted to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for my little Angel Baby.
