My name is Dana and I was a patient of Dr. Monteith’s in January of 2012. I had a beautiful little boy on April 3rd 2013.
My problem is that we are building our house and have no internet except for on our phones and I cannot submit the form to you on my phone.
Can I still get a Monteith Miracle onsie? I am dying to get one before Isaac is too big!
Issac Michael was born on 4-3-13, 6lbs, 11oz. I am attaching a picture as well.
