“Thank you for your expertise and making our little Jackson possible.”

Doctor Monteith
With this 4th c-section Dr. Wright said that I had very little almost no scaring from previous c-sections and the reversal. He did say that the right tube was not connected, but the left looked fine.
I am a very active person, could that have caused the right to disconnect? Other than that, it was only a month after the reversal and I was pregnant.
Thank you for your expertise and making our little Jackson possible.

Shannon
Thank you very much for sending the photo and the photo of Jackson. You guys make a beautiful couple!
We will send you a baby t-shirt soon.
We have done repeat tubal reversal surgeries on a few occasions and observed the tubes to be disconnected at the repair site. We are uncertain as to why this occurs. I don’t think you did anything to cause the disconnection.
I reviewed your operative note and I am puzzled as to why you experienced this occurrence.
It is possible there is poor blood supply at the repair site and the tissue around the sutures cannot heal very well because of the impaired blood flow. I don’t know for certain but I am very happy you have had a baby.
Please keep me updated on Jackson’s growth and development over the years.
Sincerely,
Dr. Monteith
