“The chance of becoming pregnant after a reversal of cut and tied tubes is approximately 63%.”

The tubal reversal specialists of A Personal Choice know most tubal ligations can be reversed. When tubes are cut and tied a small segment of tube is removed and the cut ends are tied to prevent bleeding. The suture used to tie the tubes will be absorbed and the cut ends will heal closed. The ends of the cut tubes will be closed and separate after the suture dissolves.
This type of tubal ligation can be reversed by rejoined the closed ends of the tube using microsurgical techniques. Reversal of a tubal ligation will allow for natural pregnancy each month.
The chance of becoming pregnant after a reversal of cut and tied tubes is approximately 63%.
This photo of Baby Boy Amin was sent to us by his new parents, Gina and Adil. Gina had a successful reversal of her cut and tied tubes and recently gave birth to Amin at a healthy 9 lbs!
Amin is another testimony that tubal ligation can be reversed and pregnancy is possible after repair of tubes that have been both cut and tied.
