You can get pregnant at the age of 42 and many of our tubal reversal patients do become pregnant after the age of 40. This recent photo was sent to us by a patient who had her tubes ‘cut and tied’. This is also called a ligation and resection type of tubal ligation. Women who have reversal of ligation and resection tubal ligations at our reversal center have a 63% chance of pregnancy.
