Can Fallopian Tubes Come Untied?

Although pregnancy after tubal ligation is possible it is not because your tubes come untied. Pregnancies happen after tubal ligation for three reasons: tubal ligation failure, tubal reversal surgery, and in-vitro fertilization (IVF).
