Age and Tubal Reversal
I want to thank Dr Monteith and A Personal Choice staff for our son. I have 3 grown biological children with a prior marriage many years ago. I remarried a man that was adopted at birth and has not been able to find any blood relatives.
We endeavored into this journey with the purpose of family and also to give my husband family blood. We tried to conceive for months and thought we couldn’t get pregnant. I was checked and told I dont ovulate on my right side and my left tube was to short for the egg to mature enough to use… then we had another set back. My husband found out he has had diabetes for a while. We had his semen count checked and it was so low that even if I had the perfect body we couldn’t conceive. So we quit trying. We had decided to adopt.
They day we finished our classes and had our home evaluation I found out we truely were blessed with a miracle.
I now have a beautiful healthy baby boy, born weighing 7 lbs 6oz/ 21 inches long. I am 40 and so proud to be a mom again…. thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Age and Getting Pregnant After Tubal Reversal
Pregnancy is possible at any age after tubal ligation reversal. Tubal reversal surgery restores the ability to naturally conceive and allows couples a chance to become pregnant every month. Over time tubal reversal can provide higher chances of pregnancy than can a single cycle of in vitro fertilization (IVF)
Although natural pregnancy is harder to obtain with increasing age, pregnancy is possible if a woman is ovulating and having regular periods. Tubal reversal can restore the hope of pregnancy for couples and can relieve the regret some feel after having had their tubes tied.
