Remarks: My surgery was sometime during the week of Aug 5, 2005. After the surgery, I had no luck getting pregnant so my local doctor did some tests and the tubal reversal was successful. A few months later, I went to a fertility clinic in Portland, OR and was given fertility pills for about 6 months that didn’t work. Then they started doing other tests on me and found that my eggs were too old and that I didn’t have enough hormones to release eggs. At that point (2 1/2 to 3 years ago) I gave up. To my surprise, I am now 4 months pregnant. I am having a boy and waiting for the results of my recent amnio test. Remarks: Was 39 when I had the tubal reversal. We had given up the idea of pregnancy because the HSG showed that the tubes were closed. I guess god had other plans. I am now 17 weeks pregnant with a little boy.. Just wanted to follow up and let you know. Age made it less likely but it happened. Thanks for the help.

Remarks: I got pregnant last year only a month after my TR, which ended in a miscarriage, then I had a luteal phase defect, for which my GYN put me on clomid for. This was my second cycle on Clomid 50mg. Thank you Dr. Monteith!! You are such a blessing to so many women who thought they had lost their fertility forever!!!

Remarks: I just want to say that having this tubal reversal was the best thing that I ever did. I have one baby Kendrick 1yr old and now I am pregnant with my second tubal reversal baby. Don’t give up hope. I had a miscarriage after my reversal, but it seems to be pretty common that the first time you become pregnant after tubal reversal this occurs.
