Our surgical center is extremely close to the best shopping area in Raleigh NC. We are immediately adjacent to Raleigh Midtown North Hills Mall. This mall has everything you would want during your stay in Raleigh.
Preferred Hotel For Patients
Our preferred hotel is the Hyatt House. Dr. Monteith has negotiated specially reduced rates for patients having surgery at A Personal Choice.
The Hyatt House rate is approximately $158 per night. This reduced rate is given to patients at the time of scheduling reversal surgery.
There is an amazing grocery store across the street from the hotel, several pharmacies within walking distance, and many great restaurants and places of entertainment.
We have now added additional hotels offering patients even more affordable rates.
These additional hotels are:
- Comfort Inn Raleigh Midtown
- Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh Midtown
- Days Inn by Wyndham Raleigh Midtown
- Extended Stay America

Rates at these hotels range from $50 to $120 per night. These hotels are located a little further away from Dr. Monteith and there are not as many entertainment or dining options within walking distance of these hotels.

The best part of our new offering is that now we accept the Advance Care Card.
Currently Dr. Monteith is the only tubal reversal doctor accepting the Advance Care Card.
This card is easy to apply for…..even if you have a troubled credit history you may qualify for financing with the Advance Care card.
The card works very much like a credit card and credit limits up to $25,000 can be provided with up to 18 months of no interest payments!

Tubal Reversal Deals: Reversal Prepayment Account!
The Reversal Prepayment Account (RPA) is the best deal we have to offer patients. Why?
An RPA acts like a savings account. To start an RPA, you need to contribute a minimum of $500 and you have 3 years to complete the funding of the RPA. RPA members are offered discounted rates when these discounts are available. Only RPA members are notified of discounted surgery rates.

Another advantage of the RPA is that is lets you lock your surgery rate at todays prices and you are guaranteed todays price if you schedule reversal surgery within 3 years. RPA members.
Currently the cost for tubal reversal and vasectomy reversal is $6,400 total and the cost for Essure reversal or Essure removal is $7,500.
Starting April 1st 2019 the cost for these surgeries will increase….so starting an RPA now can help you lock in the lower surgery prices now.
