Tubal reversal surgery is the best way to get pregnant after your tubes have been tied.
Reversing tubes is more affordable and successful than in-vitro fertilization (IVF).
We now offer qualified patients discounted tubal reversal surgery rates to help make reversal surgery even more affordable.
Discounted tubal reversal surgery fee
In the past we offered discounted rates to some who were considering tubal ligation reversal and this benefited a small group of patients. By offering discounted rates, we caused problems because people were constantly asking if they could get a lower rate.
Offering lower rates was helpful to some but was equally frustrating to others who could not get discounted rates. Even more frustrating was the higher number of calls we received asking about discounted fees.
Tubal reversal prepayment account: Revised and better
In 2014 we went through many changes at our facility. We changed locations by moving to Raleigh, North Carolina and we changed our name from Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center to A Personal Choice. We moved into a brand new facility with an operating room totally dedicated to sterilization reversal surgery. We also began providing personal choices to men about their fertility by offering no scalpel vasectomy and vasectomy reversal surgery.
We also revised our Tubal Reversal Prepayment plan and have made it even better.
Tubal reversal prepayment plan and discounted tubal surgery rates
If you want the chance of receiving a discounted rate for either tubal reversal or vasectomy reversal then you must join our Tubal Reversal Prepayment Account plan (RPA).
There are 2 steps to starting a RPA.
Step 1. Pay surgery scheduling fee and complete prescheduling
Why is this important? In the past we had patients start a prepayment account by sending money only. On some occasions they would contribute to their account over 5 years only to discover they had a serious medical condition and were not candidates. Now we require plan members go through a prescheduling interview to make sure they will be good candidates before they start an account.
When you preschedule you will be asked to send a recent complete blood count (CBC) result and to complete any other medical testing required depending on your history. This makes sure you will be the best candidate for surgery before you start a RPA. It makes perfect sense!
Step 2. Complete RPA contract and send initial contribution of $500
The contract reviews basic RPA rules: your account must be fully funded within 36 months and, if not, you will be refunded your money less $500.
We only want people who are serious about having surgery to start a RPA. You should not start an RPA unless you are committed to having tubal reversal at our center.
Contributing to prepayment account
You can contribute whenever you can and in whatever amounts you are able. You can close your account or have your money refunded at any time.
We will notify RPA members by email only about the availability of discounted rates.
When starting an RPA we know you are serious about having surgery and are committed to our practice. We are showing our appreciation of your commitment by offering discounted tubal ligation reversal surgery rates when these rates are available.
