Affordable tubal reversal surgery is here and the early birds got the worm. The first members to join our new plan were able to schedule surgery for $4,500!
Last month we started our new Tubal Reversal Prepayment Account to help women save towards surgery and to make affordable tubal reversal available to many of our patients.
We opened this plan in October and the early birds who responded were recently offered the most affordable tubal reversal surgery rates around.

Affordable tubal reversal surgery: How does it work?
Our new reversal prepayment plan offers members a way to save towards surgery. As they are saving, these members are notified the first of every month about discounted surgery rates when and if these surgery rates are available.
We think this is a great way to offer patients a more affordable tubal reversal surgery.
Getting a discounted reversal surgery
To be eligible to obtain a discounted reversal surgery you need to join our Reversal Prepayment Account (RPA) and complete three (3) simple steps:
- Pay scheduling fee and complete prescheduling interview.
- Sign and complete initial RPA contract.
- Submit first deposit of $500 or greater.
RPA members are notified by email on the first of every month when discounted surgery rates are available.
Discounted rates are offered to RPA members only when a surgery opening becomes available. Discounted rates are not offered to the general public.

Joining the RPA: Why is it so important?
To join the RPA you will have to complete a prescheduling health interview.
This health interview is conducted over the phone and you will be asked to send the results from a recent (within 3 years) complete blood count to make sure you are not anemic. If you have other medical conditions then other test may be required.
By making sure you are a safe medical candidate before you start saving, we can make sure you are in the best shape possible before having reversal surgery.
As you save towards your surgery, you can do so with reassurance you will be one of the best surgery candidates to take a lower, more affordable surgery fee with less advanced notice than someone who is calling for the first time.
Frequently asked questions about surgery discounts?
After we introduced our new Reversal Prepayment Accounts we were asked several questions about how the plan worked.
1. How much are the discounted rates?
The discounted reversal rates will be discounted depending on how easy or difficult the dates are to fill. Dates that are farther away will be offered at a lower discount. Dates that are within 3 weeks will be offered at a higher discount.
2. Does the discount apply to other surgeries?
The discounts apply to all procedures we offer except No Scalpel Vasectomy.
Vasectomy reversal and other tubal repair surgeries are eligible.
3. Does the $500 go towards the surgery fee?
Yes. The money is your money. We simply require you start with a minimum of $500 in your account.
4. Do you have to pay the scheduling fee a second time when you are ready to schedule?
No. RPA members only pay the scheduling fee once.
5. Do I need a blood count done to start an RPA?
We can use any blood count result that may already be on file at your doctor’s office but the result has to be within the last three years.
Affordable tubal reversal: Is tubal reversal more affordable than IVF?
Tubal reversal is the most affordable way to have more children after tubal ligation reversal. Tubal reversal at our center costs $5900. In comparison, a single cycle of IVF will cost $14,000.
Affordable tubal reversal surgery has become even more affordable with a reversal prepayment account.
