Dr. Berger, Kelly, and everyone else at the A Personal Choice. Thank you so very much for providing us with the chance for this dream to come true. We have waited so long and wanted this so much. The entire experience in Chapel Hill was wonderful, you and your staff showed caring, empathy, and made us feel welcome and comfortable. You were patient and kind and helped us so much. Date of Pregnancy Test: 01/21/2013
Ligation Type: Resection (tied or cut)
Due Date: 09/30/2013
Remarks: This is our second pregnancy within 2 months. The last one ended with a very early m/c and I was completely shocked to find out I was pregnant again so soon. The Doctor’s office confirmed this was a new pregnancy, as my last lab draw a few weeks ago confirmed my HCG level was back down to 0. I have my first blood draw tomorrow and we are praying for a healthy, viable pregnancy. No matter what the result is, we consider this opportunity as a miracle in itself and are so grateful. All prayers appreciated 🙂

Date of Tubal Reversal: 10/19/2010
Date of Pregnancy Test: 05/13/2012
Due Date: 01/18/2013
Remarks: This is the best result my husband and I could have asked for. The first year we did every test possible at every point in my cycle as well as adding vitamins to boost our fertility and we had 2 positive tests in 6 month intervals that both ended in a loss (most likely a tubal positive for both) at 6 wks gestation and then the 1 year past surgery arrived and we quit all the testing and the extra vitamins and almost gave up completely then without testing or stressing I tested positive 1 yr to the day of the first loss and am happy to report that at 39 wks gestation I delivered a happy healthy 7lb 13oz baby boy after just 5hrs of labor. My only suggestion to anyone who is still trying to conceive is don’t make it your only thought and stress about it. Relax and just enjoy your family then when you are least expecting to be you will be.

Due Date: 09/20/2013
Remarks: Got my BFP on Jan 12, 2013, thought it was a mistake and tried another test the following day January 13, 2013 and got another BFP. Went to my GP today and got a quantitative hCG serum draw should get the results back in 24-48 hours. I was ovulating around December 24-26, I used Clearblue OPK kit to determine when I was along with babycenter.com’s ovulation prediction as a back up. I created a fertility chart without doing any Basal Body Temp charting. Once my hCG hits 1500 per the instructions on the website, I will call my OBGYN to set up the ultrasound.
