The fee of $7,500 is our cash discounted fee. To obtain the cash discounted fee you must pay the entire surgery fee by bank wire, cashiers check, cash, or credit card.

In comparison, the cost of a single cycle of in-vitro fertilization (IVF) averages $14,000 and the average IVF success rate is 36% for each cycle attempted.
The fee for surgery is all-inclusive and covers everything except the cost of your travel, meals, lodging, and prescription medications. Surgical fees are due in full within 24 hours of scheduling your surgery.

We have separate fees for tubal repair procedures, reversal of fimbriectomy tubal ligation, and tubal hydrosalpinx repair. Details on the costs of these tubal repair procedures are available by calling our office.
The surgical fee payment can be made by bank-to-bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, American Express card, cash, or sending a cashier’s check or money order by over-night delivery.
Payments by credit card, FSA card, or HSA card will be subject to an additional processing fee.

We are the only center offering patients an insurance policy during tubal ligation reversal surgery: Screening laparoscopy.
We never require a screening laparoscopy. This procedure is always optional. You should think of the optional screening laparoscopy as you would an insurance policy.
Although we are able to repair most tubal ligations, we offer patients who desire more certainty about their surgery an optional screening laparoscopy procedure. This procedure allows a quick evaluation of your fallopian tubes using a camera inserted through a small incision made inside your belly button.
If tubal repair is not possible then patients who choose the screening laparoscopy option will receive a refund of their surgical fee!
Patients who choose to have a screening laparoscopy at the time of tubal reversal surgery will pay (tubal reversal surgery fee + screening laparoscopy fee). If we cannot reverse at least one tube then patients who choose to have a screening laparoscopy will be refunded their tubal reversal surgery fee.

When you are ready to schedule your reversal surgery, payment of a $150 scheduling fee is required to be added to the surgery schedule.
***Starting December 1st 2022 the scheduling fee will increase to $175***

Most health insurances will not pay for elective tubal reversal surgery, but you will never know unless you ask.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Care Savings Accounts (HSA) are great ways to pay for tubal reversal. You may even receive a tax benefit!
There is card processing fee for payment made by FSA card or HSA card. Please remember if you are using a FSH or HSA card as a method of payment then you have to pay and have surgery in the same tax year.
Cancellation of surgery within 15 to 21 days of the surgery date will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation of a procedure within 14 days of the date of surgery, regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of 100% of the surgical fee.
Patients may reschedule their surgery date one time, outside of 3 weeks of the initial surgery date, at no charge. Additional date changes will require a rescheduling fee of $1500.
Rescheduling surgery within 15 to 21 days of the date of surgery, regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of 50% of the surgical fee. Rescheduling surgery within 14 days of the date of surgery, regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of 100% of the surgical fee.
Refunds on cancellations may take up to 30 days to process.
